<p>While I appreciate that the study compares human scoring to computer scoring, I wonder how the criteria that the humans used in the study compared with the CCSS writing criteria. Since critical thinking is important, and since the computer scoring cannot accomplish that, I have little appreciation for computer scoring's uses.</p>
