Havasy said that the competition registration deadline is the end of April 2019 and the fair will be hosted on Long Island on Thursday, May 30, although the exact location hasn’t been finalized.

Registration begins Oct. 10 at noon at cstl.org/nspc, and students must register by April 30, 2019, at noon.

The first place team will get a $30,000 scholarship, second place $18,500, third place $10,000, fourth place $5,000, and fifth place $3,000. The sixth through 10th place teams would get $1,500 each, while 11th through 15th place would get $1,000 each.
