I think Michael uses the photo because Chomsky has more hair than he. Go ahead, tell me if I'm wrong.

Oh, my, such confusion over GSU - Can I just say Go Blue (Michigan is my school). Anyway, so great to have you all here....this big GA influx of teachers is pretty cool. Sandra & Juliana thanks for the compliments - I have lots of resources around these issues and I wanted to share beyond my school.

RE the class at GSU - As I finish organizing the materials from the grad class/conference we did on Popular Culture and Education at Co... you can see how we used the Ning as our online workspace (stay tuned for that e-mail in a week or two).

In the meantime everyone here can use the Discussion Forum (right above these comments) to post GA related resources and happenings.

Honored to have everyone here and I look forward to getting to know people as the Ning grows.

BTW - Don't you love the fact that Michael Moore (makes me think of the documentarian) has a Noam Chomsky photo - it double confuses my small mind:)

This is very cool! I'm using this site in my summer graduate class at GSU and will share this new group with my students, who are all excellent GA educators :-) [if I do say so myself!]

This is great! I have invited a few of my friends to join. You have done a lot of work, Ryan. I love the graphic novel and comic group already.
