Making Curriculum Pop

Here's a site you may want to check out.  Brian Boyd teaches ESL in Thailand and has provided resources for anyone teaching language arts.  Give it a look.

Interesting.  Even though, I teach adults, I'm sure they'll enjoy a comic relief once in a while.  Thank you for sharing!

Hi, hope you'll also try my free comic generator site --MakeBeliefsComix.com -- where you can create your own comic strips online.  It's now being used by educators and ESL students in more than 180 countries to teach English and to practice writing, reading and storytelling.  The site offers 100 characters with different emotions to choose from, blank talk and thought balloons to fill in with text in different languages, story prompts and printables; completed comics can be printed and emailed.

Hope you will all give it a try with your students.

Best wishes,

Bill Zimmerman

Thank you for this wonderful site and for sharing your great ideas!  Can't wait to use your site with my 5th and 6th graders next year!
