Jeff, this is going to drive you nuts - but you might even want to cross post up above in the discussion forum!! That way (I know, I'm annoying) the post has a url and won't get buried in the comment wall. Just another thought. Everyone else, their stuff is awesome! One MC Popper from CA learned about them this this fall and had a wonderful collaboration!!

(At Ryan's suggestion, I'm cross-posting this from my blog entry:
)

Ten projects from the University of Michigan - Flint Technology in Education Global Program are underway right now, on topics ranging from environment and social action to literature and environmental science. All were developed by educators pursuing master's degrees at UM in the tradition of the Interactive Communications and Simulations Group and in partnership with a range of international organizations. (For a taste of what ICS does, see Ryan's forum post from last September.)

Pretty exciting stuff, and the various project leaders are looking for collaborators to help try out the projects and shape them for the future.

More info at http://umfglobal.org. If you are interested in any of the projects you can directly contact individual project directors listed with the descriptions, or feel free to contact me at jkupp@umich.edu.

Hey Kristen,

Consider writing a blurb about your blog (wind up the pitch) and and adding it above as a discussion forum so your resource doesn't get buried in the comment wall.

Look forward to reading more about your blog and getting the context of your work!

BDA - maybe if you post that question up above in the Discussion forum it will be easier for folks to respond and not have the response get lost in the shuffle - great ?

I can also direct people to it in the "Week In Review" if you post above..

Hello Folks: I am writing an encyclopedia entry on digital literacy. I talked with Ryan at NCTE about asking you as group, what you think that term means. So.. when you hear the term digital literacy, how do you define it? You can either post your comment here or email me at bdeabreu@branfordct.net. Thank you. -Belinha
