Annie, ah yes. Apple supports their customers a lot.

Sounds normal to me. I lead that life and got Chronic Fatigue which knocks you out for a long time! I never knew I could work to much. Some people get over the disease and some do not. It hits me from time to time. So, be a bit careful.
