ARGs Rock

Attention Gamers! This new ARG allows you to explore history while playing. What's an ARG you ask? If you are not familiar with Alternate Reality Games? Visit http://www.giantmice.com/features/arg-quickstart/ for a quick primer. Rediscovering Loyalty was written as research for a future academic course.

Why can't we see more ARGs in education? Well I'm guessing you had to look up the primer, so now you…

San Diego Comic Con 2011 Retrospective

“Don’t let it be forgotten that once there was a spot, for one brief shining moment…”

Fandom Conventions are about community and San Diego Comic Con is the largest gathering of the fandom community in the US. This year, fans of all shapes and sizes joined the fray. Thank you so much. I am delighted to be a part of your group.

Do you of any way to turn this into an active working group that will meet the varied needs of some teachers?

In the beginning of the start of many groups on the web, how can we improve the situation. I suspect that your in box is as daunting as is mine.

Aloha,

Katherine

KellyAnn, I may have sent you this site before. It has grown a lot since you may have seen it.  ahaafoundation.org

I see it used in many of the settings you are in. I think if the students make something after going through a Micro Lesson, such as paint a painting, write a poem, discuss their impressions of the different cultures.

I would really like to know any ideas you have to improve the site.

If you click on Meet Katherine you will find out more about me. Keep scrolling down and you can see the family as it grows.
