New Comics Program at the Independent Publishing Resource Center in Portland, Oregon

The Independent Publishing Resource Center (IPRC) is a non-profit center in Portland, Oregon which has computers, copiers, typewriters, letterpress machines, classes, and more for people who want to make their own (print) media.
