Making Curriculum Pop

For all you Austen-heads out there I caught a slice of this BBC documentary last night on PBS. Here is a clip presently floating on YouTube:

Then you can check the official BBC 2 website for the Doc - http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b018nwtk

and the American Public TV website for the film - http://www.aptonline.org/catalog.nsf/vLinkTitle/MANY+LOVERS+OF+JANE...

and, as I was searching for this it turns out that the BBC has launched an Austen FB game...

From Mashable:

BBC Worldwide’s Digital Entertainment division and Legacy Games have released a Jane Austen-themed Facebook game that fans of the author are sure to adore — at least, so long as they don’t become bored with the gameplay itself.
The object of Jane Austen: Rogues & Romance is simple: Players must find Pride and Prejudice‘s newly married couple, Elizabeth Bennet and Fitzwilliam Darcy, and persuade them to return to the book from which they sprung. As they do so, they’re tasked to find hidden objects and play find-the-difference games in scenes from Austen’s six novels: Sense and Sensibility, Pride and Prejudice, Mansfield Park, Emma, Northanger Abbey and (my personal favorite) Persuasion.
