Early registration for the 2012 Games+Learning+Society Educators Symposium (GLSES) closes Monday, April 30th.  This year’s professional development event features a keynote address by nationally recognized teacher and games-researcher Jeremiah McCall, 12 workshops during two sessions (including opportunities for teachers to learn about game design and curricular development, mobile devices and videogame applications, digital citizenship, and much more – all relevant for teachers across grade levels and content areas).  GLSES 2012 will conclude with a panel discussion featuring local and national educators and researchers discussing how games and digital technology continue to transform teaching and learning. The fourth annual GLSES will take place Tuesday, June 12th at the University of Wisconsin's Memorial Union from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Visit the updated GLSES website for additional details.
