The McCarthey Dressman Education Foundation awards Teacher Development Grants to individual educators or small teacher teams for developing and implementing groundbreaking K–12 instruction. Grants are intended to support teachers in integrating fresh strategies for critical inquiry, observing effects on students, reflecting on outcomes, and sharing results with colleagues. Background and experience to complete a project and willingness to collaborate with the foundation are required. For a teacher team, one member must submit the application. The application system closes when 350 submissions are received.

Eligibility: Licensed K–12 teachers in US public and private schoolsDeadline: Submission period of January 15 through April 15, annually, for applications
Awards: Up to $10,000 per year for a maximum of $30,000 over three years
