Poppin' Math Resource - Mathematics in Movies
The Harvard Math website has a great list of movies that feature Math. Many have only a sentence or two, other much more. The great thing is, you can watch as clips from the movies, starting at the beginning of the math bit, and available as swf files or mp4. They could also be used as clips for a presentation you're giving to students. If you scroll way down (there are lots!), there are links to other collections, including one to Simpson's Math which has quotes on math.
