The New York Times ran a feature - Dr. Eugenia Cheng Makes Math a Piece of Cake. She runs a bunch of online math tutorials as well - she now teaches math to artists at the Art Institute of Chicago. Her book “How to Bake π: An Edible Exploration of the Mathematics of Mathematics,”looks interesting even if the Colbert clip below is "meh."
