For those of you who are not down with TED, it is an incredible non-profit. TED is a small nonprofit devoted to Ideas Worth Spreading. Very interesting video where physicist Sean Gourley and his team "claim to have found a surprisingly strong mathematical relationship linking the fatality and frequency of attacks."

It is like an episode of "equations gone wild."
