“Wonder Women! The Untold Story of American Superheroines,” an upcoming PBS documentary, premiering on April 15 (check local listings), explores the history of Wonder Woman, and how her image has influenced the perception of women in American culture. "The narratives of our most iconic superheroes, told and re-told over decades, boldly outline our shifting values," the film's director, Kristy Guevara-Flanagan, said in a statement.  (The education link contains nothing, but the resources page has some valuable information.)
