QUESTION: How can teachers use Blogger to increase student engagement?

I'm doing a Professional Development workshop for the teachers at my school on how to use Blogger to engage students online. I was wondering if any of you use Blogger in your classes and if so, what you use it for...exit slips, discussion questions, etc. Can you also post the link to your blog here?
