Do they have an online version of the magazine?  It looks like it's just in print in some big cities right now...
Here is what the website says
Due to the overwhelming demand for our magazine, we have increased our annual distribution to over 140,000. We currently publish quarterly and are distributed through schools, libraries, stores, and community centers throughout the New York Metropolitan region. New York Metropolitan area as well as in Newark, NJ, Philadelphia, PA, Chicago, IL, and New Orleans, LA.
