World History Institute for Teachers
“Asia as the Crossroads of World History, 600-1800”
Gettysburg College, July 8-13, 2012

Keynote Speakers: Pamela Crossley and Xinru Liu

This Institute is for you if:
·  You are new to teaching World History and looking for ideas, support,
comfort, this will be especially helpful in covering material introduced early 
in the course
·   You are not new to teaching World History but would like ideas,
support, comfort, join a group of peers for a week of mutual encouragement 
and sharing of experience.
·   You want to explore ways to (better) incorporate Asia into your World
History courses
·   You are looking for a seminar-style professional development
opportunity on a beautiful college campus that will (re)invigorate your
teaching
