Making Dolmas for Multi-cultural Night

We took this school event as an opportunity to share our passion for food. Dolmas are stuffed grape leaves and are the quintessential multi-cultural food with ingredients hailing from around the world and converging in the Middle East and Mediterranean. We created a presentation and made dolmas at the event.
