Nick, I'm thikning the incredible workbook I was telling you about MIGHT be out of print BUT.
If found this site that lists the sourcebook's (aka workbook) ISBN.
From there if you go to the Holt McDougal store and plug that ISBN number in their "quick cart" you can order the book. So it is avaiable - just, as I said not so easy to find. They have GREAT graphic organizers for each act.

It is not as sophisticated as your chunks will be as it was from my first year of teaching!
