Making Curriculum Pop

Poynter.org reports: thanks to a new website just launched by two people at the MIT Media Lab, you can create your own spoof version of the New York Times or any other news website in a matter of minutes. No Photoshop skills required. No army of volunteers needed. Just NewsJack it.

Frank, how would you use this in a Media Lit class?  I love the idea but am wondering how I could incorporate it into a lesson...

How about: headline and/or caption writing- ask students to come up with or alter a news article or photo?
