The film features appearances by comic book writers and artists such as Paul Dini, Scott McCloud, Terry Moore, Joe Quesada, Jim Salicrup, Gail Simone and Art Spigeleman as well as historians and scholars who discuss the role comics play in education in both an historical and contemporary context. I am anxious to see this film as I am working within Title 2D grants that promote the integration of student-created graphic novels (or comics) into the K-12 curriculum. I agree that this medium is a "magic bullet" to help kids develop a love of both reading and writing.
