Making Curriculum Pop

I'm doing a study about professional development in technology; many districts roll out large technology initiatives without training teachers in the use of the technology. There's a lot of data that suggests that students fare no better, at least in terms of skill growth, in classrooms where teachers have not been trained in both skill and process (TPACK).
