QUESTION: Google Custom Searches

Hello! Has anyone set up a Google Custom Search for their students or web site? I've tried twice now and just haven't been able to get it done right. I'd love a "walkthrough" through the process, if anyone is able to help me in that way. I'd be happy to do that via e-mail or Skype. Thanks so much!

Hi Kelly,

I've made tons of Google Custom Searches and I just found out how to add a Custom Search Engine to a Google Site's search box. What's not working for you? I think Google does a pretty good job of walking you through the process, but if you're trying to do something fancy, it may get a little trickier. Attached is a PDF of a presentation I recently did and starting at about Slide 8, I go through some stuff on CSE. I'd be happy to skype with you to help you out, but I'm swamped with work until after June 29.

Thanks so much!!! I did some walkthroughs before, but hopefully these will get me over the rough spots so I can start to see this work. I really appreciate your help! I'll let you know if anything goes awry. :)
