Making Curriculum Pop

Stop motion animation is an amazing learning tool, and studies have shown that it increases memory retention. This brief summary of “Animation as an Aid to Multimedia Learning” from the "Educational Psychology Review", shows the importance of stop motion animation in successful learning and brain recognition. The Educational Psychology Review developed 7 Research-Based Principles for multimedia presentation designs with stop motion animation. These results were taken from extensive research on students exposed to different mediums and materials for learning, and how effective their learning appeared to be.
