Making Curriculum Pop

Here's a link to a blog entry about a possible third gender role hypothesized for prehistoric cultures. The comments on the piece are as interesting as the entry itself!  http://blogs.scientificamerican.com/primate-diaries/2012/05/23/the-..

Asimov strikes another homer? Asimov wrote about a species with three genders in his novel The Gods Themselves for which he won his first Hugo Award for a novel (science fiction fans vote)  as well as a Nebula (science fiction writers and editors vote).

After reading the blog, it seems there may be no third  "gender" after all; just gay people. How disappointing.

Nothing against gay people. They're just not a separate gender.
