Thank you SOOOOOO much for taking the time to share your CTM story. Sometimes it feels like I just type endless gunk here and I don't always know if it helps anyone out - so it is VERY exciting to hear about how you remixed it for your class and how well it worked!
I don't know what you thought but I find that having the paper on the floor is key because they like to crawl a lot more than going up to a board. Lots of people think it will be easier to put Post-Its on the board, but I find it very limiting and not a dramatic alteration of class structure. The Twister element seems to be key.
If you would be even kinder, could you pretty please copy and paste the comment/ story you posted on my page in the "Reply to this" selection under the CTM Playlist entry. That way other folks can benefit from your story and ideas should they be inspired to rock CTM.
I'm so excited this worked for you! Feel free to share the PDF with anyone you know who might dig it.
If the kids have any more interesting feedback on the method, feel free to send an update.
Thank you again - LOTS - for taking the time to read this stuff and write about it!
