Hi Bill - FYI you should always try and post these in the relevant group discussion forums that way 

1. Everyone in group x gets a notification that you shared something

2. I share those in the WIRs because it drives traffic to the special interest groups

3. These floating discussions don't get a lot of attention since the site is really set up around those groups.
