It just doesn't get any better or clearer than this five minute talk by Dan Meyer of the blog dy/dan:

There was no URL or embedded video. You might try to put the post in the Math Discussion Forum as a thread that can be archived and commented on - videos are easy to embed from YouTube you can just paste the embed code to the right of the video into your forum post - see:
Anytime someone adds a discussion to the discussion forum everyone is notified of the post - it automatically broadcasts.
Can't wait to see the video - I've heard about that dy/dan blog - it looks cool.
