Many thanks for the pdf article. Luke, I am doing an MA thesis on using video to teach EFL writing. I intend to use video-based activities to help the students to write better in term of content, creativity, and critical thinking. Would you mind giving me advice on this topic?

Re: Hoops - yeah, we paid our guys too well in the '90s - it is going to take a while to fix that. It was still great a BT team was going the distance!
