Several years ago, I posted Food Ad Tricks, a short video, to YouTube. It was part of the HBO/Consumer Reports series "Buy Me That."

Now comes this infographic which aims to do the same thing--educate consumers and pull back the curtain on some of the tricks and techniques advertisers use in their marketing.
