The Not-So-Surprising Words Advertisers Use in TV Toy Commercials

These word clouds (boys on the left, girls on the right) were produced after analyzing 250 toy ads from British TV. "The majority of UK ads in the Christmas 2015 run up show boys and girls playing separately and in stereotypical ways, according to the report, which was based on analysis of more than 30 hours of children’s programming."  Read the entire news story here.
